In Honor of Orthodontic Health Month

Here’s How Your Class or School Can Participate: 

1. 1. Register your child, class, or school in the contest by filling out the form below by 11/4/24.
   2. A Children’s Choice representative will drop off submission templates to participating classes. You can also download the template here on 8.5×11 paper. 
   3. Participating classes or families will have students create their unique designs on the templates provided. One submission per student or child is allowed.
   4. Submissions are due on November 6th, 2024. 
      • Class or school submissions: A Children’s Choice representative will contact you to arrange a time to pick up the submissions. 
      • For individual child submissions: Please drop them off at the Bakersfield office by the deadline.
   5. A Children’s Choice judging committee will review all submissions and select 3 finalists from each grade, for a total of 9 finalists. You will be notified via email if one of your students or your child is a finalist.
   6. Artwork from the finalists will be displayed and voted on at the Grand Opening event for our new Bakersfield location on November 12th.
   7. One artwork will be voted the winner from each grade (3^rd, 4^th, 5^th) across all participating schools and children, for a total of 3 winners.
   8. Winning classes/schools or children will be notified via email if one of their students wins.

   Exclusive Rewards for Winners:

   • Winning art submissions will be framed and featured in our clinic, alongside the other winning and finalist artworks
   • Winning artists will receive an exclusive goody bag and a special certificate commemorating their accomplishments
   • The winner’s classroom will receive a $100 gift card for a pizza party as well as a special gift for each classmate (if applicable)
